Apart from viewing the 2 different Representative bodies at the Senate Inquiry, http://parlview.aph.gov.au/mediaPlayer.php?videoID=213194&operation_mode...,
or the Senators comments following the tabeling of the Senate Report http://www.lpogroup.com.au/content/senate-inquiry-final-report-supported...
its fair to use the following youtube clip to explain a lot. POAAL had exclusive rights to manage the LPO Agreement for all of it's 23+ years. They were the only accredited Association Licensees had to turn to in all that time. It is inconceivable that POAAL was unaware of the inequity of the grapes and the cucumbers situation that was happening in our LPOs every day, for 20 years. If they were unaware, it is probably worse.
Have at look at this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meiU6TxysCg
It is breathtaking to see how quickly the monkey in this clip twigged to the inequity of his situation. And gobsmacking to realise that it took Licensees so long to see what needed to be done, or that there are still Licensees out there who still don't get the fair pay issue. The swift return of the cucumber is probably the most enlightening thing I have seen for quite a while.
It could be viewed as a demonstration of the origins of LPOG.
