Well, after the events of 3/5/21, is anyone any the wiser about where this might go?

Up the creek would be my guess. How do we deal with such lack of governance from the entire Board of Australia Post - who have control of this business until directed otherwise by the Minister, who I assume has control of this business unless otherwise directed by the PM. What a mess! What is your guess?

I anticipate a scathing majority report from the inquiry with a dissenting report from our mate Sen Henderson. Maybe some deck chairs on the titanic action for show, then the whole thing disappears without a trace and the Govt soldiers on killing Aust Post with the death of a thousand cuts. :(

PICKED THE RIGHT TIME TO SELL AFTER 25 YEARS OF OF BEING A CIRCUS PERFORMER FOR THE BUNCH OF CLOWNS RUNNING THIS SHOW INTO THE GROUND.PART OF A PLAN TO SELL AP OFF. IF THEY SELL OFF PARCELS, WHICH I SUSPECT IS THEIR PLAN LICENSEES WILL BE LEFT WITH THE SCRAPS. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WHO HANGS IN THERE, WE ARE ABANDONING SHIP.
MY SINCERE THANKS TO LPO GROUP FOR THE MAGNIFICENT JOB THEY HAVE DONE DRAGGING AP KICKING AND SCREAMING TO THE NEGOTIATING TABLE. WE WILL MISS YOU ALL.

Another foundation member escapes. Enjoy your new life but we still have a lot of passion left in the fight so we will be offering disruption to the plans every step of the way. We collectively beat the plan in 2012, so it can be done. We just need to be on our game. Too important to the future of Australia not to! Thanks for your membership from day dot.

We also have sold recently and aim to go into semi retirement but might do a bit of "baby sitting"" for Licensees wanting a break.
A suggestion for LPOG.as we are no longer Licensees we will be excluded from this sight, has associate membership ever been considered for retiring members?

Pretty sure that was discussed favourably at one of the AGM’s, but I’m sure Angela will answer this correctly. Good luck in your retirement :)

So, does anyone have a feel for what might happen today, 17/5? The Senate Committee is due to report. Will the report be public or "secret"? What will it say? Will it result in any action? Wil it be "creatively edited" like all previous reports?

Place your bets.....

Westie, on the 13th May there was an extention until 25th May on the Senate Inquiry page. I'm not holding my breath but would love to see the Chair and 1/2 the board gone and LPOG given a seat.

Sorry, I didn't see that. Thanks for the heads up!

Its like pulling teeth but we have done this once before so we will wait them out again.
